The Ballard family continues to be in our thoughts and prayers as we try to cope with this terrible loss for our entire county.

I personally say "Thank you" to the many law enforcement agencies throughout Navarro, Henderson and Smith Counties and the staff of Corleys Funeral Home who helped us bring Ray home today.

I cannot say enough about the outpouring of love and support we witnessed along the route. So on behalf of myself, the family and the men and women of the NCSO, we appreciate your continued support.
