Inmate Phone Service

During the booking process an inmate can make three free local calls. Please understand that most cell phones are not considered local. This phone is available for inmates to make calls to arrange bail, inform family of their circumstances or to reach an attorney. Booking phones can make collect calls outside of the local dialing area.

All calls are subject to monitoring and/or recording.

The Navarro County Sheriff's Office reserves the right to block phone numbers upon the owner's request due to harassing phone calls, misuse of the phone system (i.e. three-way calling), discussion of criminal activity, or based upon the security and safety of the facility.  Any attempt to provide three way connections will result in permanent deactivation of the called number attempting to facilitate the three way connection.

Once an inmate reaches population they can only make collect calls between 8 A.M - 10 P.M on weekdays and 8 A.M. - 11:00 P.M. on weekends. When an inmate calls you collect you are responsible for the collect call fee or if the inmate has purchased phone time, the inmate is responsible for the fee.
