Corsicana Air Show

09/07/2019

Members of the Navarro County Sheriff’s Office Swat Team and Crisis Negotiations Unit proudly displayed some of our equipment at today’s Corsicana Air Show.

Thanks and much appreciation to Captain Melanie Cagle, Lieutenant Joey Jock, Sergeant Jeff Harbuck and Corporal Keith Lewis for interacting, demonstrating and answering any questions at today’s event.
A popular attraction with the kids was our new tactical surveillance robot which didn’t cost the tax paying citizens anything. It was 100% paid for by grants and local donations and as always our Lenco Bearcat armored vehicle garnered attention. The Bearcat was 100% bought and paid for by assets seized from a local drug dealer.

Our partners at The Navarro County Office of Emergency Management also had the Mobile Command Center, drones and other assets on display for all to see as well.

Thanks to everyone who came by and visited with our officers
and as always, we appreciate all your support.
