On Friday May 10, 2019 the suspect in this case was arraigned by District Judge Lagomarsino and held with no bond.

NAVARRO COUNTY (CBSDFW.COM) – Navarro County Sheriff’s Deputies have arrested a suspect wanted on 20 felony counts of child pornography.

Nicholas David Hoyt, 30, was wanted on 10 counts of possession with intent to promote child pornography and 10 counts of possession of child pornography, a third degree felony.

Lieutenant Clint Andrews and Sergeant Rickey Ragan arrested Hoyt without incident at a home in the 5000 block of FM 3041 Corsicana, which is located in the Roane community.
