Navarro County Sheriff's Office- Homicide Press Release #2

Monday, October 15th, 2018

The suspect arrested during the homicide investigation of Salomon Lucio on Saturday October 13, 2018, on Prairie Star Trail off NE 1060 in Rice has been identified as Rafael Borroel 34 of Ft Worth.

Rafael Borroel was arrested on Sunday, October 14, 2018, by the Navarro County Sheriff's Office, with the assistance of the Ft. Worth Police Department, in the 4500 block  of Fair Park Boulevard in Ft Worth. Borroel remains in the Tarrant County jail with bond set at $100,000 for murder.
