It is with great sadness that today I report the unexpected passing of Navarro County Sheriff's Office Administration Deputy Lucretia Steagall.

We are shocked and saddened by the loss of our fellow officer.

Lucretia worked at the NCSO for over thirteen years after previously working twelve years for Henderson County Sheriff's Office.

I ask that you please keep her family in your thoughts and prayers as well as her extended Law Enforcement families in Navarro and Henderson Counties.
