I would like to say thank you to our officers that helped assist Ennis PD, Ellis County Sheriff's Deputies, Texas DPS troopers, TDCJ Boyd and BETO Units with their tracking dogs in the manhunt today that occurred in Ellis and Navarro Counties. Another job well done by all officers in this multi-jurisdictional operation.

Thankfully these dangerous suspects were arrested and no officers were injured. When our officers can go home to their families at the end of their shifts, it's been a good day.
