I would like to say thank you to Jody McSpadden, Pat Reed and the rest of the 2016 Navarro County Youth Exposition Board, for recognizing the NCSO Saturday at the sale with this plaque of appreciation. 
We have always been and will remain dedicated in supporting our youth and look forward to continuing in assisting this fine organization in the future.
