SCAM ALERT

10/08/2026

Today's scam of the day. Navarro County residents have reported receiving phone calls today from a Captain Kevin Scott badge #7695 stating he needs to speak with them about a legal matter. They (scammers) are using phone number (903)326-xxxx and ultimately as always ask for payment. Kudos to our citizens who are now recognizing and reporting these scams and scammers. Don't become a victim as you should always call your local police to verify suspicious activity. The NCSO and our employees will NEVER call to solicit money or payment. This scam is under investigation.
