The driver of a vehicle that went into the Richland Chambers Reservoir at the FM 2859 boat ramp in Navarro County on Monday evening has been identified as Jackie Eldridge Garrett Jr. of Corsicana Texas. It was determined that the driver was the only person in the vehicle. Numerous law enforcement personnel and first responders were involved in the recovery effort. Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) dive team made a recovery of the driver at about 10:30 pm Monday night and they helped remove the vehicle from the water. The case is under investigation by the N.C.S.O. at this time.
