Response, Investigation and Resolution

This afternoon our patrol division was dispatched to a reported assault in progress with two males beating and kicking a female in the 9600 block of NW 1260 near Emhouse.
Captain Phillips was in the area within three minutes of the call being dispatched and as a result of the NCSO investigation, four persons were taken into custody.
•One male suspect is in custody for assault family violence, evading arrest, possession of controlled substance under 1 gram, possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and felon in possession of firearm.
•One female is in custody for possession of controlled substance under 1 gram, possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and felon in possession of firearm.
•One female is in custody for fail to identify fugitive, fraud possession of identifying information , fraud use possession of financial instrument, manufacture delivery over 4 under 200 grams, possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and felon in possession firearm.
•One male in custody manufacture delivery over 4 under 200 grams, possession of marijuana under 2 ounces and possession of dangerous drug.
Great job by our patrol division in their response, investigation and resolution to this incident.
