NCSO and other agency attend employment workshop in Arlington

Yesterday Chief Deputy Steward and I along with many other law enforcement professionals from across the metroplex, attended this employment workshop in Arlington.

We all share the same ongoing issues on recruitment and retention of law enforcement personnel and it was a good opportunity to network with others as we to continue in seeking solutions in a hard to hire country.
