01/06/2016 Congratulations to Sergeant Todd Henkel and Corporal Richard Horn
On January 1, 2016, Deputy Todd Henkel was promoted to Patrol Sergeant, and Detention Officer Richard Horn (not pictured) was promoted to Detention Corporal. I want to congratulate both of these officers on their recent promotions. Both officers are currently assigned to the midnight shift and look forward to serving our citizens in their new role at the NCSO.
