Congratulations to NCSO officers Matt Phillips, Breanna Parks and Todd Ackerman-Ybarra on graduating from the Navarro College Police Academy today.

Also a well earned and deserving congratulations to Deputy Matt Phillips on receiving the Jason Westmoreland Academic Achievement Award.
