Reporting and Providing Information about Crimes and Suspicious Activities

 

Welcome to the Navarro County Sheriff’s Office Reporting System. This system allows you to report criminal activity in Navarro County, Texas.  This system is not a substitute for calling 911.

The ability of the Navarro County Sheriff’s Office to locate and arrest criminals often depends on the thoroughness and accuracy of the report you submit. The following information should be used for reporting criminal activity:

 

• Name, address, and phone number of complainant unless you wish to remain anonymous.
• Type of crime
• Location: exact street address and nearest cross street where activity is occurring
• Time of occurrence
• Weapons used
• Vehicle information: type, license number, color, year, make, model, unusual characteristics (e.g., dents, bumper stickers), number of persons, etc.
• Suspect information: race, gender, age, height, weight, hair color, hair length and style, eye color, facial hair, clothing type and color, other characteristics (e.g., tattoos, missing teeth, scars, glasses), direction of flight, etc.
