On Tuesday July 2, 2019 about 4pm NCSO Narcotics Sergeant Rickey Ragan seized approximately 12.6 grams of methamphetamine as a result of a traffic contact in the 400 Block of Hardy Avenue Corsicana.

Detective Sgt. Ragan stopped the vehicle for an observed traffic violation and obtained verbal consent to search the vehicle. The passenger was later taken into custody after finding a quantity of methamphetamine and paraphernalia in her possession.

After arriving at the Just...ice Center during a personal search inside the jail, a larger quantity of methamphetamine was located in the suspects mouth. The total weight of methamphetamine seized was approximately 12.6 grams including packaging that was located in numerous separate baggies.

The suspect was charged with
Manufacture /Delivery of controlled substance PG 1 > 4G < 200G and Tampering with Physical Evidence.
