The Navarro County Sheriff's Office Patrol Division is managed and operated under the direction of Captain Jeramy Phillips. The Patrol Deputies are responsible for answering and handling all complaint calls for service or assistance from members of the public.

They are responsible for patrolling all roads in the county and providing a visible presence as a proactive measure to deter crime. Deputies patrol and enforce state laws and serve civil process throughout all areas of Navarro County.
