On or about 09/21/22, the Navarro County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to NE CR 3250 in reference to a burglary. The complainant advised their storage container and RV were broken into either on the 13th or 15th of September. The complainant advised multiple tools and yard equipment were stolen.

A neighbor witnessed a white Ford Explorer leaving the above property. The neighbor was unable to get a license plate, but advised the Explorer turned like it was going to Seven Points.

Suspects used an acetylene torch & sawzall to cut the lock off the storage container. Deputies recovered the torch and sawzall on scene and were advised it did not belong to the complainant.
