This afternoon, Narcotics Sergeant Ricky Ragan, assisted by Deputy Shane Richards, arrested one suspect and seized approximately 16 grams of methamphetamine (Ice) during the course of a traffic investigation on IH 45 near the 243 North milepost in Rice.
